  • The package cost includes services specifically mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., transportation, accommodation, sightseeing).

  • Any items not mentioned in the inclusions are deemed excluded.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Customer-Initiated:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy of each service provider.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [30] business days after deducting cancellation fees.

Exottica-Initiated:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend travel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative itinerary or a full refund of the paid amount.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

  • Exottica Travels will not be liable for loss, damage, illness, or delay arising during the trip.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, and other required documents.

  • We may assist in providing information but are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

7. Health and Safety

  • Customers must be in good health to undertake the travel.

  • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Travelers must adhere to COVID-19 and other health-related guidelines as per destination country requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We act only as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and transport services.

  • Exottica Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to third-party actions or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

9. Conduct and Behavior

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour in case of disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
